What is Wellbeing Coaching?


The dictionary definition of Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy. I believe to be comfortable, healthy, or happy you need to focus on three elements: the mind, body and spirit (the inner you). By focusing on the mind first an individual will inevitably acquire personal growth, success, and achievement. A state of mind which is different for everyone and is authentically unique. 


If you first start with conquering your own mind, understanding the authentic you and listening to the stories you tell yourself you will begin to appreciate, love, and nurture yourself. By taking control of your mind, by choosing a new more positive story, everything and anything is possible, personal growth, business success and better relationships.

This is achievable through Wellbeing Coaching.


How Can Josephine Help you?

I want you to be the best that you can be. To ensure this, I help you identify your unique self – the innate qualities that make you, you. From there, I can map out where you want to be, and define the life you want and the person you truly want to become. Achieved through challenging your beliefs and values. I work with you to implement our bespoke Orange Tree methodology to achieve your goals and get you to where you want to be.

By doing so you will be able to achieve your personal goals and objectives in the most successful and unique way possible. Wellbeing is a unique concept for every person and therefore each coaching programme is bespoke, to everyone’s needs and requirements.

I see beyond what is presented to me when I first meet you so do not worry and take your time; it is a non-judgemental space. A person’s actions and behaviours are dictated by their perception of the world, by understanding that perception, you will be armed with the tools to create your own reality of bliss.

What should I expect?



You can expect a free 30-minute initial session with me to ascertain your needs, what you hope to achieve and if we will work well together. From there, if you decide to work with me, your total commitment and belief in the program is necessary.



The wellbeing coaching will take place over 12 weeks, after which time there will be an assessment to determine how to proceed. This is the optimal amount of time to make an impactful change within your life. However, everyone is different, so this may take some people longer and others shorter, which I take into consideration and work with. In these cases, 12 weeks is the achievement check-in point.

I have been fortunate to work with people from all industry sectors, levels and lifestyles, giving me an impressive breadth of experience and knowledge of what makes people tick, and how they can reach their goals.

Training, qualifications & experience


I have over 12 years’ experience within Human Resources management at a strategic level where a significant part of my role was to help employees achieve, from all backgrounds, levels, and cultures. In addition to helping people achieve I also coached, advised, motivated, inspired and supported staff in a number of different sectors and organisations priding myself on my expertise in this area.


I am a Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) and Wellbeing coach (MA), Human Resources Management and Employment (MA) specialist focussing on wellbeing, a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP), A Mental Health First Aider trainer, I have a diploma in Body Language and certified in Understanding Depression and Low Moods in Young People. 

I also have a BA in a joint English and Media degree from De Montfort University. I love learning and growing as a person, without growth we stand and I refuse to let life pass me by.
